Ohio Living Mount Pleasant team members recently surprised longtime employee Missie with a special celebration honoring her 40-year service anniversary. The exchange took place during the community’s quarterly recognition dinner, which recognizes both new team members and those reaching meaningful milestones.
Missie’s journey began in high school as an STNA. Over the years, she grew with the community and served in many roles before becoming director of assisted living. What stands out most about Missie is how she leads. She often reminds her team that she depends on them, and that mindset shows up in her work each day.
“We are so grateful for the dedication, loyalty and heart Missie has poured into this place over the decades,” shared Ashley, a transitional care liaison.
