No task is too big or small for Donell, who keeps things at Ohio Living Rockynol running smoothly, as part of the maintenance team. It’s hard to believe he’s already approaching his first service anniversary at the community!
When asked what he finds most rewarding about the work, Donell replied, “Getting to know the residents is a real highlight for me. I enjoy lending a listening ear and learning more about the residents’ lives and loved ones.”
From changing out lightbulbs to replacing broken water valves, Donell makes a daily difference with his smile and can-do attitude. “It’s best to come to work every day with a will to succeed,” he added.
Outside of work, Donell considers himself a real “homebody.” He especially enjoys playing games with his kids and prioritizing his family, because they bring him the most joy.
