Katy helps keep Ohio Living Quaker Heights clean and welcoming as a housekeeping associate on campus. Her work may happen behind the scenes, but it plays a vital role in the resident experience.
"Cleaning everything is necessary for ensuring resident satisfaction and a good image of our community," explained Katie. "We want to have clean spaces for families and the public that come to visit."
Katie added, "The most rewarding part of my job is seeing residents happy with a clean place to live.”
Off the clock, Katy enjoys time with her spouse, two children and household of pets. (This includes four cats, two dogs, two birds and fish!) She also likes watching NASCAR races and attending her children’s sporting events.
