COLUMBUS, Ohio (July 15, 2022) – Ohio Living and Curana Health have recently teamed up to bring higher expertise and quality of care to adults throughout the Buckeye State through a reimagined Physician Services program.
The joint venture builds on the existing Ohio Living Physician Services model, which provides a team of transitional care physicians and clinicians in a variety of settings from skilled nursing communities and rehab facilities, to assisted living centers and private homes. Added expertise in clinical leadership, engaged and experienced providers, and industry relationships from Curana Health will further elevate the patient experience moving forward.
