Ohio Living Home Health & Hospice – Greater Columbus announced Leyla Zickau as its new executive director effective Oct. 14, 2024.
Prior to joining Ohio Living, Leyla served as the senior director of patient experiences at Ivim Health in Columbus. She is an accomplished operations executive with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
As executive director, Zickau will support creating and sustaining an environment that ensures the highest quality of life for patients and a positive work experience for staff members. She will also ensure financial best practices and oversee the overall operations at Ohio Living Home Health & Hospice – Greater Columbus.

Zickau is a certified home care manager and vital stim clinician. She holds a master’s degree in speech language pathology, as well as a bachelor’s degree in health sciences from Duquesne University.
