In her role, Mia manages and supports the campus’s hard-working housekeepers and laundry team, across all levels of care. She ensures cleanliness and safety standards are met and exceeded, and encourages her team to be joyful and patient in all things.
“The most rewarding thing about my job is serving the residents and hearing about their backgrounds and families,” said Mia. “The healthcare field can be difficult at times, but if you can keep joy and patience at the forefront of your mind, it can really make a huge impact on you and the people around you!”
Mia was born and raised in Florida, but her husband and his family ultimately brought her to the buckeye state. She is a loving dog mom to puppy, Maple, and her favorite hobbies are outdoor activities and arts or crafts projects.
