The Ohio Living Silver Heart Award, which originated in 2020, honors best-in-class teammates living our values! This year’s theme, Trustworthy, honors those who embody reliability, honesty and accountability. At Ohio Living Cape May, Andrea was nominated for consistently demonstrating an exceptional work ethic.
Andrea is widely recognized as one of the hardest-working CNAs on her team. One colleague shared that after an eight-hour shift, Andrea had logged more than 17,000 steps, a true reflection of her constant movement and commitment to resident care.
Another nominator shared, “Andrea comes to work each day with a positive attitude and a smiling face. Whether she is moving quickly through the halls to meet residents’ needs or spending time doing activities and engaging in meaningful conversations, she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel cared for and supported.”
