The Ohio Living Silver Heart Award, which originated in 2020, honors best-in-class teammates living our values! This year’s theme, Trustworthy, honors those who embody reliability, honesty and accountability. At Ohio Living Home Health & Hospice – Greater Toledo, Max was nominated for consistently demonstrating respect and follow-through.
One colleague shared, “I always know I can rely on Max. If he says he is going to follow up on something, I do not have to worry about it getting done. Any patient or family who calls in for him will be taken care of, and he always shares his knowledge without ever talking down to others.”
As a leader, Max continues to rise above challenges and lead with steadiness. He remains focused on Ohio Living’s mission and consistently puts the needs of others first.
Another nominator shared, “Max challenges himself privately, but champions others publicly. His leadership is about the mission and not a personal agenda.”
