The Ohio Living Silver Heart Award, which originated in 2020, honors best-in-class teammates living our values! At Ohio Living Quaker Heights, Stephanie was nominated for “eating, sleeping and breathing compassion and heart.”
Her nominators commented, “Stephanie helps those that need help because it's the right thing to do. Even if a person doesn't look good on paper, if they land in her referral box, she looks at the whole picture, and advocates for them because she believes they truly need the help.”
“When it pertains to her coworkers, she is always the first to recognize special events and celebrate them,” they continued. “She is a champion for every discipline's special ‘week’ or ‘day’ and puts them on everyone's calendar so that it isn't forgotten. Hands down, she’s one of the most compassionate people I know!”
