The Ohio Living Silver Heart Award, which originated in 2020, honors best-in-class teammates living our values! This year’s theme, Trustworthy, honors those who embody reliability, honesty and accountability. At Ohio Living Home Health & Hospice – Greater Cleveland, Toshia has built her reputation on reliability.
“Toshia works alongside her team and doesn’t ask them to do anything she wouldn’t do herself," explained her nominator. "That’s what makes people trust her and want to follow her lead.”
Her nominator continued, “I have had the pleasure of making many visits with Toshia and the trusting relationships she has built with the staff (both internally and externally) is evident in their interactions. She has also built trust amongst her marketing team, which has been significant for our Cleveland location.”
Toshia’s approach balances integrity and approachability. She listens, provides thoughtful responses and ensures follow-through in every situation. “She doesn’t complain or shy away from challenges…she just does the work and follows through.”
