The Ohio Living Silver Heart Award, which originated in 2020, honors best-in-class teammates living our values! This year’s theme, Trustworthy, honors those who embody reliability, honesty and accountability. At Ohio Living Westminster-Thurber, Domini was nominated for her adaptability.
One colleague shared, “Domini knows the elders well and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure their needs are met. She treats every resident with kindness and respect and is always ready to support her teammates.” Her consistency and positive attitude make her a trusted and respected member of the team.
Domini has served as a CNA at Ohio Living Westminster-Thurber for over five years, where she has grown into a “Weekend Warrior,” consistently covering Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
“She is honest, kind, and can always be relied on to give those around her the BEST support,” added her nominator.
