Ohio Living is proud to recognize Leslie Belfance as she retires after more than 24 years of leadership and service to the organization.
Leslie joined Ohio Living in 2002 as administrator at Ohio Living Rockynol. She was promoted to executive director in 2006 before assuming the same role at Ohio Living Westminster-Thurber in 2011. In 2020, she was named division executive, and today serves as chief operating officer of communities, providing operational oversight for all Ohio Living communities.
Throughout her career, Leslie has been known for her people-first leadership style, creating a culture built on respect and accountability. Her commitment to Ohio Living’s mission has helped support our teams and enhance the experience of residents and their families across the organization.
