Leadership Spotlight: Kim, Enrichment Coordinator

Kim brings 27 years of experience in senior care to her role at Ohio Living Ganzhorn Suites, with a particular focus on memory care residents. Throughout her career, she has worked across clinical and enrichment roles, beginning as a clinical caregiver and resident care coordinator, before becoming the community’s enrichment coordinator.

Kim holds multiple credentials in dementia care, including  Certified Dementia Care Manager , Certified Dementia Life Coach, Certified Dementia Practitioner, and Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer . She draws on these skills, combined with her extensive hands-on experience, to foster an environment where residents feel respected.

“I genuinely enjoy having the forum to serve my residents with dignified opportunities of enrichment,” Kim explained. “I also appreciate the opportunity to educate others so they may best serve our residents at their highest practical level.”

Kim also serves as a mentor and resource for colleagues, sharing best practices and education to ensure every team member can provide care at the highest practical level.
