Margaret Hoff brings decades of corporate finance expertise to the Ohio Living Foundation Board. Her connection to Ohio Living began through a workplace outreach program, which sparked a lasting passion for the organization’s work.
“When I first visited Ohio Living Swan Creek, I was deeply moved,” Margaret shared. “Seeing how the mission – to enhance the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of older adults – is woven into daily life was truly inspiring.”
What resonates most with Margaret about Ohio Living is its holistic approach to care.
“It’s not just about meeting physical needs, it’s about creating vibrant, supportive communities and service lines,” Margaret explained. “Ohio Living’s commitment to faith and lifelong growth aligns closely with my personal values. On a personal level, with family members in memory care and assisted living, I’m grateful to support a model of care that offers both dignity for residents and peace of mind for families.”
Outside of work and board service, Margaret enjoys spending time outdoors, playing golf or taking walks with her dog, Lily. Cooking and entertaining with her husband, Adam, is another favorite pastime, especially when it brings friends and family together.
Travel is another passion. Margaret’s adventures have taken her to Norway, Italy, Portugal and Poland, as well as business trips to China, Brazil, Chile and across Europe. “Every journey broadens my perspective and deepens my appreciation for the richness of global connection,” she said.
