The Ohio Living Silver Heart Award, which originated in 2020, honors best-in-class teammates living our values! This year’s theme, Trustworthy, honors those who embody reliability, honesty and accountability. At Ohio Living Rockynol, Aracely, who goes by Cely, was nominated for her commitment to resident satisfaction.
Cely is a server and prep cook in the Ohio Living Rockynol independent living kitchen. She greets residents each day with a smile and goes out of her way to ensure they are happy with both their meals and their service.
One colleague shared, “Cely frequently comes in on her days off to help fill shifts, ensuring residents are always well cared for. She is trusted by her coworkers and is widely regarded as a true team player who can be counted on in any situation.”
“Cely is one of the hardest-working and most trustworthy members of our culinary team,” her nominator added. “She is highly competent and always follows through.”
