The Ohio Living Silver Heart Award, which originated in 2020, honors best-in-class teammates living our values! At Ohio Living Mount Pleasant, Tamara was nominated for her empathy, consideration and love for her work family.
A colleague commented, “Tamara displays everything a Silver Heart award recipient should be. She is dedicated, kind and extremely hardworking. She takes her job seriously and provides our residents with excellent, loving care. Working with Tamara has always been a joy. Our workdays go by so quickly, and she ensures that my days run as smoothly as possible, to the best of her abilities. The residents have told me on multiple occasions that ‘Tamara makes a difference in my life,’ or ‘It's not the same here when Tamara is off.’ These are just a few examples to show her passionate personality.”
Tamara’s Ohio Living career journey started in housekeeping and shifted in 2019, when she completed the STNA certification process to become a certified nurse’s aide.
