Bringing more than a decade of licensed nursing home administrator experience, Tom Durbin is the right man for the executive director job at Ohio Living Rockynol. He started working with Ohio Living in 2020 and joined the Ohio Living Rockynol team in August 2023.
“The most rewarding part of my job is hearing from residents about how much they love living here and how they wish they would’ve moved in years ago,” Tom said. “That is a testament to how great our community is.”
Among his many responsibilities, Tom most enjoys working alongside his team and demonstrating the ripple effects of consistent servant leadership. “It goes a long way when the staff see me working alongside them,” he added.
In his free time, Tom takes part in a myriad of hobbies. Fishing, boating, riding his motorcycle, mountain biking and working out are among his favorites.
