Maintaining an open mind is a major part of social worker Marissa’s day-to-day. “Healthcare workers assist with a diverse population, so I think it’s important to always have an open mind,” she elaborated.
Marissa is newer to the Ohio Living team, having joined about three months ago, however, she brings four years of home health and hospice experience. Assessing patients’ needs and connecting them to resources is a strength of hers.
Outside of work, Marissa likes to spend her time baking, reading and playing video games. She is happily married, and spending time with her husband and cuddling her three cats brings her joy.
