Faith has first-hand advice for anyone thinking about a career in healthcare: you have to love it. She truly practices what she preaches.
As a nurse in assisted living at Ohio Living Mount Pleasant, Faith loves being there for residents when their families cannot. She affectionately calls them her “little mamaws and papaws.”
Faith also appreciates working with a supportive team. “Being part of a group where coworkers and managers are willing to lend a hand makes every day easier and more rewarding,” she said, reflecting on the positive workplace culture at Ohio Living Mount Pleasant.
Beyond work, Faith is a proud mom of three children. Her oldest, Devon, is a barber who recently bought his first home. Gabriella, a high school senior, works at Ohio Living Mount Pleasant in dietary services, coaches an 11U club volleyball team and hopes to become a large animal veterinarian. Gage, her youngest, is a playful and athletic third grader.
Faith enjoys cheering her children on at sporting events, traveling and mostly, spending quality time with her family. She has been married for 16 years and is always up for trying new experiences, often with encouragement from her daughter to step out of her comfort zone!
