    July 2024 Employee Spotlight: Caleb H., Sous Chef

    Growth isn’t always linear, and Caleb knows this firsthand. His career trajectory started out in a serving role and has since evolved to the other side of the kitchen, where he now works as a sous chef. Uniquely, he’s developed his skills through a special culinary apprenticeship program hosted at Ohio Living Mount Pleasant in partnership with Sinclair Community College.

     

    When asked what he loves most about his job, Caleb noted, “I provide caring and quality services to our residents, so they have the best possible experience all around – there is a lot of enjoyment in helping others!”

     

    In the coming months, Caleb is planning to finish culinary school and continue sharpening his skills.
