When residents move between levels of care or return from the hospital, Madison is often the reassuring face guiding them through the process. In her traditional care liaison role, she helps keep Ohio Living Mount Pleasant connected, both within our campus and with healthcare partners across the region.
Madison acts as a vital connector between hospitals, physician offices and all levels of care at Ohio Living Mount Pleasant.
For her, the most meaningful part of the job is helping residents feel informed and supported during major care transitions. She takes pride in being a steady presence for individuals and families navigating important decisions.

Outside of work, she’s a devoted wife and mom to two energetic kids, Easton (8) and Everly (5), and dog mom to Tucker, the family’s goldendoodle. Whether traveling together or cheering on her kids in football, soccer, wrestling, dance or gymnastics, family time is her greatest joy.
