The Ohio Living Silver Heart Award, which originated in 2020, honors best-in-class teammates living our values! This year’s theme, Trustworthy, honors those who embody reliability, honesty and accountability. At Ohio Living Swan Creek, Erica was nominated for her ability to balance competing responsibilities while maintaining Ohio Living’s high standards.
“Some employees rise above the average and set the bar higher for everyone,” one nominator shared. “Erica consistently raises that bar in many aspects of her work. If Erica says she will do something, it will be done.”
