Nine months in, Jordyn, an STNA at Ohio Living Rockynol, has already made a key discovery. She shared, “This job is way more than giving care to the residents; it is about making connections and seeing what life offers people!”
In her role, Jordyn primarily supports assisted living residents by providing excellent care and companionship. She is so glad to be part of the team at Ohio Living Rockynol.
When asked what she finds most rewarding about the work, Jordan offered, “The most rewarding thing is when residents’ family members recognize me as ‘the person my mom or dad talk about.’ It warms my heart so much to know that our residents share positive things with their family about me!”
Outside of work, Jordyn is enjoying her senior year in high school, and she can’t wait to graduate soon. She also has three sisters and is the second oldest. When she’s not spending time with her family, she also loves to fish.
