Missy has been part of the Ohio Living Ganzhorn Suites family for more than nine years. She began as a part-time receptionist and moved into her current role as HR coordinator nearly four years ago. Today, she manages a variety of human resources responsibilities, while also coordinating scheduling for the clinical team.
“On your hardest days, even when it seems there is a lot of unhappiness, you are making a difference in people’s lives,” Missy emphasized. “The moments of joy you create with families and residents make those tough days seem a lot less difficult.”
Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Missy met her husband, Scott, while attending Ohio University. After graduation, they moved to Columbus, and Powell has been their home for nearly 30 years. They have two sons, Sam, 26, and Max, 24, and two dogs, Oscar and Lucy.
Beyond work, Missy enjoys staying active with pickleball and golf, gardening, working in her yard and traveling. She also loves watching all kind of sports!
