Ohio Living Rockynol recently received a deficiency-free survey from the Ohio Department of Health (ODH). To determine the rating, surveyors from the ODH observed operations in the community’s assisted living and skilled nursing facilities to ensure proper care, regulations and requirements were being met.
"These survey results are a testament to all of the hard work and effort this incredible team has put in over the last 10 months," said Executive Director of Ohio Living Rockynol, Tom Durbin. "Achieving a perfect annual survey is almost unheard of with all of the increased rules and regulations, and we are very proud to have received one."
