The Ohio Living Silver Heart Award, which originated in 2020, honors best-in-class teammates living our values! At Ohio Living Breckenridge Village, Patrick was nominated for the tremendous way he works to bring great food, service and atmosphere to residents and guests.
Patrick caters and supports many activities, functions and parties at Ohio Living Breckenridge Village. He treats each group as if they were his own family. This teamwork with other departments benefits residents and staff in so many ways.
As part of the nomination, he leader shared, “I have truly enjoyed watching Patrick grow over the last 11 years, starting as a dining room server, and moving his way up. He has built many wonderful relationships with his residents, and they know and love him very much. Patrick delivers on providing our residents with a great dining and social experience. He listens to their needs and wants, tailoring his menus to include many of their favorites.”
He added, “Patrick also works very hard to create a diverse team, giving opportunities to some that may not get it elsewhere. That dedication has paid off in their success at work and in life.”
